Jayelin Parker, MPH
Jayelin Parker is a Project Manager on Project Swerve, a study that focuses on substance use and HIV care among sexual and gender minority youth in Southeastern Michigan. She is also the Project Manager on a study based in South Africa aimed at achieving gains in viral suppression and engagement in HIV care in heterosexual couples. Jayelin holds a Masters of Public Health from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Michigan-Flint.
Jayelin has been with the Center for Sexuality and Health Disparities since August of 2017. Her research interests include women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and gender and LGBTQ health equity.
